They are provided as a guide so that you may better understand what your healthcare costs.

Your bill, including actual or total charges, will probably vary.  This is based on a number of factors, like your condition, medical history, your recommended treatment plan, and factors such as length of time associated with your service.  You may be personally liable for payment of the health care service depending on your health benefit plan coverage.
